When you submit the demo request form on http://orvyn.uk we collect the name, clinic name, email address and phone number you enter. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we do not run analytics on this site.
We use these details solely to contact you about your enquiry and to arrange a demo. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you have asked us to get in touch about a business service.
Form submissions are sent to our own automation system, hosted on a private server, and forwarded to us by email and messaging notification. Your details are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us using it. Email us at mustafaa@ws.orvyn.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at http://ico.org.uk.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
